Skillshelf

Agent skills for crypto

Teach your agent one crypto job at a time.

Each skill is a small, tested bundle for Claude, Cursor and other agent tools. It runs on free public data, installs with one line, and works right away.

Source, permissions and tests

Shows its work

Read the label before you install.

Every skill page carries the same three things, so you can judge a skill in a minute.

Source

Every file in the bundle, readable on the page before you install, with the archive's sha256 so you can check what you got.

Permissions

The exact hosts a skill may call, and whether it needs keys or a wallet. During tests, a call to any other host fails the run.

Last test

Each skill ships its own test. The shelf runs it against the live APIs every few hours and stamps the result, pass or fail.

Install

One line, then just ask.

  1. 1

    Pick a skill

Choose the job you want your agent to handle. Read its label: source, permissions, last test.

  2. 2

    Paste one line

It downloads the bundle into your agent's skills folder. Plain curl and tar, no install script runs.

    mkdir -p ~/.claude/skills && curl -fsSL "https://www.shelfwise.run/i/dexscreener-token.tar.gz?t=claude" | tar -xz -C ~/.claude/skills
  3. 3

    Ask in plain words

Your agent reads the skill's instructions and runs it when your question needs it. Nothing else to set up.

For authors

Publish a skill, earn from its use.

Anyone can put a skill on the shelf. It needs a SKILL.md, a manifest that declares its hosts, and a test that passes.

Free skills

A share of $SHELF fees, by installs

Part of the platform coin's creator fees goes to authors of free skills, split by each skill's verified installs in the period.

Starts when $SHELF launches.

Paid skills

Charge per call with x402

Paid skills take a small USDC payment per call through the x402 standard. The author keeps 90%, Skillshelf keeps 10%.

Opens with the first paid listing.

Questions

Before you install

Which agents can use these skills?

Any tool that reads the SKILL.md format: Claude Code, Claude apps with skills, Cursor, Codex and others. Each skill is plain files: instructions plus a small script that runs on Node 18+ or Bun with no dependencies.

Do I need API keys or a wallet?

No. Skills on the shelf run on free public data. None ask for a private key or seed phrase, and skills that would are not accepted. Some accept an optional RPC URL of your own for speed.

Can a skill move my funds?

The skills here are read-only: they fetch data and never sign or send transactions. Each page lists exactly what a skill can do.

What does “passed its test” mean?

Every skill includes a test.mjs that runs its real code against the live APIs and checks the answer. The shelf runs it on a schedule and records each result with the time, duration and hosts called.
